David Meece is an Intrusion Detection/SOC analyst for Ideal Integrations and focuses on identifying vulnerabilities within Customer’s infrastructures and responds to active threats in the network. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems and has a wide array of skills ranging from teaching to threat hunting. He is an active member and contributor in WiCyS and many other groups within the Cybersecurity community. He is passionate about Cybersecurity and enjoys using his platform to teach people how to protect themselves and stay safe online. In downtime he also enjoys watching movies, playing video games, traveling, and spending time with his wife and friends. He’s always searching for networking opportunities on LinkedIn to connect with more cybersecurity professionals.
