Presenter: Marc Heimlich and Dr. Conor Mancone - (Akeyless Security)

Dr. Conor Mancone is a trained data scientist with degrees in astronomy and physics. After earning his PhD, he transitioned from academia into engineering, spending 15 years building eCommerce and business automation solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. Over time, his focus increasingly shifted toward application security and data privacy.

He later moved fully into cybersecurity, serving five years as a security engineer and architect, leading initiatives in application security, secrets management, and cloud security. Today, Dr. Mancone is a Solutions Architect at Akeyless, where he helps organizations across North America understand the risks associated with stolen secrets and how to mitigate them effectively.
